All images displayed in my gallery are available as Print, and just so you get the exclusivity, these will be #limitededition prints personally signed by me. Each Limited-Edition print will be subject to only a maximum of 10 prints. A Certificate of Authenticity will be enclosed along with each print.

• A sale is confirmed and image(s) to will be sent for printing only after the complete receipt of payment for the print(s) chosen by the buyer
• Allow 3 to 4 business days for the print(s) to be shipped from the time of purchase
• Payments can be made in the form of funds transfer via Wire Transfer/ NEFT/ ITGS/ UPI. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of funds
• All purchases will be subject to GST (Goods & Service Tax) at 12% for shipping within India, for Indian customers. For International shipping, the % will be provided at the time of payment confirmation.

• All prices will be exclusive of shipping anywhere in India. Only professional service providers will he hired for shipping print consignments.
• The sole creator of these images, Ramakrishnan Aiyaswamy (me) or RamakrishnanAiyaswamy.com will not be & should not be held responsible for any delays of the consignment which occur due to service provider delays.
• In the event of any damage due to natural calamity, nature’s fury, I will either reprint a new image and have it shipped or refund the entire amount.
• In case the consignment is lost in transit, a new print with the same quality as agreed upon will be shipped at no extra cost to the customer.
• If in case the print is received in a damaged condition, please alert me immediately and the same should be repacked well and sent back with in 2 business days.
• The image should be free of crease, folds, finger prints or scratches or any other form of marks (on the print) that are not covered in this terms & conditions.
• If the damage is only to the frame, then we will hire a professional service personnel in your city and have it fixed at no extra cost.
• The terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
